Shame On Jane Jewelry is customized for you!  Non Custom Orders ship in two to three days.  Custom Orders ship within 2 to 3 weeks. Custom orders ship approximately three weeks after ordering.    All custom orders are final sale. Most orders will ship out within  day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays) If you need it sooner, please email us through the contact form and we will do everything we can to get it to you! Shame On Jane cannot assume responsibility for carrier shipping delays. If you need your order by a date certain, please email to confirm that your item is in stock and will be shipped the same or next business day.  Ordering with expedited shipping does not guarantee that your item will ship immediately. 

Shipping Information

All orders ship FREE within the United States placed with USPS First Class Shipping, including Alaska and Hawaii.  No minimum orders or coupons required.  You may choose to have your order delivered via UPS. All orders ship in a Shame On Jane pink and white box, pink jewelry pouch or on a card. ​


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  ​​


Our custom made jewelry is created especially for you, therefore we are not able to accept returns. However, if there is any defect with the product, we would be happy to replace the item for you. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the package. If you choose not to replace the item, we will be happy to issue you an online credit. Please double check that all customization is accurate before placing the order.

You may return non-custom orders for any reason. Just notify us through the contact form or by email within 14 days after receipt of the product. Return it to us within 30 days and include your receipt, which can be downloaded from our website. We will refund/credit less shipping as soon as your package has been received by Shame On Jane


If an item is gold plated and it becomes faded within 90 days of purchase, we will re dip the item at no charge. If it has been more than 90 days, we charge a $10 re dipping fee.

If the chain breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will fix the necklace at no charge. If it has been more than 90 days, we charge a $15 fee to fix the chain.
The customer is responsible for the costs of and arrangements for the shipment of the products to be sent back to Shame On Jane. Please take reasonable care that the products are not damaged during their return. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS). SOJ is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
